The projects consists in the restoration and readjustment of the original project started in 1998 by the studio itself and that stopped at the structural phase. The program was analyzed again with the porperty as well as the justification and adjustment of the regulation modifications upon this time lapse, trying to bring to date its own image, but with a clear respect to the orginal project.
