The strategic placement of the building gives us a privileged location. Facing the cliff in contrast to the profile’s order and levels homogeneity and its volume, made us consider the building as an organized and homogeneous piece having a rhythm and a movement that would project in its facade. Stating from the roof slab the ribbon that shapes the different eaves begins and configures the ensemble’s volume, which is reinforced with closed projected volumes defining the biggest apartments. This concept together with the concrete base, following the plot’s variations, provides the proposal with its own identity in the urban grid’s bourdary.
