Building made in 2 phases. Previous to the first intervention there were two detached houses. They were unified creating a common façade and introducing a Romanesque church inside. During the second phase, both the church and the facade were kept in place and a six-storey residence for the elderly was made. The porject takes advantage of the plot’s topography in order to create a series of interior gardens between the main volume and the slope, for the use and enjoyment of the elderly.
